The Fine Print

While we always hope that you're thrilled with each purchase from Callista Jewels, we understand that sometimes items may not quite be the ideal fit. To this end, our return policy is as follows:

• Most items may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to accept items returned after this time. As we are a small, family-owned company, the onus of shipping costs to the US or UK (where we are based) falls on the customer.
• If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@CallistaJewels.com for further details on how to proceed.
• The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit and are all FINAL SALE: all Moissanite items, all items from our Bridal Collection and all items from our Semi-Precious Collection. This is due to the special occasion nature of those items, and we thank you for your understanding of our policy. In the rare event there is a structural issue or the piece arrives damaged, we can offer store credit or an exchange for a new replacement of the damaged piece.
• Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE as well.
